Первая неделя июня может превратить политические победы криптоиндустрии 2025 года в жесткие дедлайны. На этой неделе начинают закрываться периоды комментариев по правилам для стейблкоинов в рамках закона GENIUS, достигая точки, когда федеральная рамка перестает быть просто статутом и становится операционными правилами, которым должны следовать эмитенты.

То, что будет решено в эти окна, определит, кто сможет выпускать стейблкоины, какие резервы они будут держать и сохранится ли доходность. Банки последние несколько месяцев пытались замедлить запуск, борьба вокруг приносящих доход стейблкоинов уже на месяцы затормозила закон Clarity Act. 3 июня откроется заседание Сената для новой попытки.

Стоимость стейблкоинов в обращении продолжает расти и в конце мая достигла рекордных $322 млрд. Самира Коэн, глобальный руководитель по развитию рынков BlackRock, назвала их «мостом между традиционными финансами и цифровой ликвидностью». ЕЦБ предупреждает, что эти инструменты могут закрепить доминирование доллара.

Макроэкономические и геополитические факторы также требуют пристального внимания. Экономические данные дадут дополнительные подсказки относительно будущего направления политики ФРС, а более раннее, чем ожидалось, прекращение огня на Ближнем Востоке может возродить аппетит к риску.
