To comply with global regulatory requirements, international sanctions policies (including OFAC sanctions regulations), and local laws and regulations, MoonX on-chain prediction services are subject to geographic restrictions in certain countries and regions.
Please note: The use of VPNs, proxy services, or any technical methods to bypass regional restrictions is strictly prohibited. If abnormal access behavior is detected, your account may be subject to functional restrictions, account suspension, or permanent termination.
1. Fully Restricted Countries (Blocked Countries)
Users located in the following countries or regions are prohibited from accessing on-chain prediction services:

2. Close-Only Regions
Users located in the following countries or regions may only close existing positions and are prohibited from opening new positions or creating new trades:

- KYC identity verification information
- Payment and login activity
If inconsistencies are detected, the platform reserves the right to restrict account functionality.
5. Prohibited Circumvention Activities
The following actions are considered violations of the service terms:
- Using VPNs or proxy services
- Falsifying geographic location
- Using third-party tools to hide actual location
- Using another person’s identity to complete KYC verification
Violations may result in:
- Functional restrictions
- Forced position closure
- Asset restrictions
- Permanent account suspension

7. Terms Updates
