- TundeApr 26, 2025 · a year agoOne possible solution is to check if your GPU is properly connected to your computer. Make sure it is securely plugged into the motherboard and that all the power cables are properly connected. Sometimes, a loose connection can prevent the device manager from detecting the GPU. If everything is properly connected and the issue still persists, you can try reinstalling the GPU drivers. Uninstall the current drivers and download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website. Install the new drivers and restart your computer. This might help in resolving the issue.
- Kalpana PNov 13, 2022 · 4 years agoI had a similar issue with my device manager not detecting my GPU for cryptocurrency trading. What worked for me was disabling the integrated graphics card in the BIOS settings. This forced the device manager to recognize my dedicated GPU. You can access the BIOS settings by restarting your computer and pressing the designated key (usually Del or F2) during the boot process. Once in the BIOS settings, navigate to the graphics settings and disable the integrated graphics card. Save the changes and restart your computer. Hopefully, this will solve your problem as well.

If the problem persists, you may want to consider reaching out to the customer support of your GPU manufacturer for further assistance.
- soumia eliraouiDec 13, 2021 · 4 years agoHave you tried checking if your GPU is properly seated in the PCIe slot? Sometimes, a loose connection can prevent the device manager from detecting the GPU. Turn off your computer and unplug it from the power source. Open the case and locate the PCIe slot where your GPU is installed. Gently remove the GPU and then reinsert it, making sure it is securely seated in the slot. Close the case, plug in your computer, and turn it on. Check if the device manager now recognizes your GPU for cryptocurrency trading.
